This is the comfy side of the winter. Once a week Franz Riedlsberger makes tours with his guests. After a few testing walks near the hotel he will lead you into the deep snow. Listen to the silence of the woods and gaze at the glittering crystals – and don’t forget to warm your body with a Pinzgauer Schnaps. ToboggangingDon’t miss a day- or night-time toboggan ride - either a fast downhill run or a romantic moonlit ride on natural toboggan runs. Tobogganing is fun for the young and the old ones.Mittersill: The Toboggan Run Mong in Mittersill is easy to reach. The 1.5 km long toboggan run starts at the traditional guesthouse Mong and is floodlit until midnight. So you can enjoy a cheerful toboggan ride after having some good food and drink.  Am Wildkogel/Bramberg befindet sich die längste Rodelabfahrt der Welt Wildkogel/Bramberg: The Wildkogelbahn takes you to the world’s longest toboggan run. Start your ride after a 15-minute walk to the top of the toboggan run! On a total length of 14 km you will pass an altitude difference of 1,300m down to Bramberg. You can use almost anything that moves downward, a fast luge toboggan, a comfy sledge or a sporty bobsleigh. A toboggan ride takes about 30 – 50 minutes. On the entire length the toboggan run is floodlit until 10 p.m. Every Tuesday and Saturday the Wildkogelbahn is even running until 6.30 pm. |
