 Relaxing with a wonderful view The new Vital Alp is a quiet, warm, flavoursome and relaxing place. Also here the view from the Quiet Alp or tub bath to the mountains, blooming or snow-covered meadows is awesome. Treatments by soft hands and special essences make the energy flow and make you feel well. Relaxing & regeneratingRESTING ROOMOur circular resting room inspired us to call our new wellness area “Vital Alp”. The wonderful view to the alpine meadows and the energetic round design guarantee total relaxation. You can have a chat with friends, relax after a vitalising sweating cure or enjoy your daydreams while gazing at the mountains. Saunas & Steam BathsPINZGAUER SWEAT PARLOURThe oldest and probably the most famous sweat parlour: Invented by the Finns, this classic makes you sweat at a temperature of about 90°C and a low air humidity. Indulge yourself and enjoy the aroma of the natural alpine wood. Natural aromatic vapour assures total relaxation.  Saunas and Steam Baths in the Vital Alp Inhalation sweat parlour at 55°C: Constant herbal vapour creates a stimulating effect. This kind of sauna is especially appreciated because of the pleasant temperature. STEAM BATH The Roman caldariums already made use of the positive effects of high air humidity and radiant heat. The mild temperature of about 45 °C and the warming steam alleviates respiratory problems. INFRARED CABIN Relax in a warm atmosphere at about 40 °C and surrounded by pleasant light. The soft radiation alleviates problems of the locomotor system. |
