We cook with the bounty of nature that surrounds the Sonnberghof.
Served in our rooms: the Zirbenstube, the Bauernstube, the Sonnbergstube, the Josefistube or the Zirbenwaldstube.
At our breakfast table, this art becomes effortless: with a wide variety of homemade and handcrafted products from our own organic farm and other National Park farmers.

Every morning, we serve fresh raw milk, herbal spreads, homemade bread and croissants, seasonal cakes, ham, salami and other delicacies, colorful jams, fruit and vegetables, muesli and porridge – and a few delightful surprises.
From 1:30 to 4:30 p.m., enjoy homemade cakes, a daily soup, and fresh salads – all from our buffet, casual and light.
For the thirsty and the cheerful, the active and the weary – in the afternoon, enjoy soothing teas made from herbs grown in our National Park herb garden, as well as self-serve coffee available until 4:30 p.m.
Drink before you feel thirsty: pure mountain spring water from our own source – additionally revitalized following the principles of J. Grander.
It’s showtime for our kitchen team! Choose between four or five carefully composed courses, each transformed into a creative culinary delight.
The best ingredients from our organic farm and select regional producers come together on the plate – down-to-earth yet refined, full of flavor and variety.
A fresh salad buffet and heavenly desserts complete your dinner experience.
