How we came up with the name is actually quite simple:
Surrounded by countless herbs, we created our own live herbarium (from the Latin herba = “herb”).
A herbarium is a collection of preserved plants – and here, our herbs are preserved in schnapps, juices, and other spirits – many of them homemade.

We want to bring nature indoors. Large sliding glass doors blur the line between outside and in, creating a seamless connection with the landscape.
