Signature Winter Cocktail

Our Herbarium is the heart of the Sonnberghof — brought to life by our head bartender, Kilian.

Forest Whisper

4 cl gin
2 cl vermouth (ideally our homemade Sonnberghof vermouth – of course!)
2 cl lime juice
1 cl vanilla syrup
6 cl chestnut syrup

Add all ingredients to a shaker, fill generously with ice —
and then shake, shake, shake!

Strain into your favorite glass and decorate however you like.
Cheers to winter – and to a little taste of Sonnberghof at home!
