Who is Breuer Stefan?
My name is Stefan Breuer, I am 27 years old and work as a physiotherapist. From 2017 to 2020, I studied physiotherapy in Salzburg and now run a small but distinguished practice in Neukirchen am Großvenediger. For several years, I have been deeply engaged in professional stress management – a subject that is very close to my heart, both professionally and personally.
I am passionate about sports, closely connected to nature, and enjoy working with people. These values shape my work and are also an essential part of the design of the High Performer Week.
High Performer Week – Regulate Stress, Unlock Your Potential
During the High Performer Week, entrepreneurs, executives, and high performers learn how to scientifically measure stress, regulate it effectively, and transform it for long-term resilience. The foundation is a 24-hour stress assessment (heart rate variability), carried out before the retreat. This provides you with a clear picture of your current stress level and recovery capacity – a valuable basis for the shared work throughout the week.
Chronic stress has consequences: mental restlessness, lack of concentration, sleep disturbances, muscle tension, or the constant feeling of never being able to switch off are just some of the warning signs.
