Yoga holiday seminars

Learn the effect of two hours of yoga daily, lectures and workshops, relaxation, meditation and

mantra chanting. Fill up on walks and hikes. Enjoy the biological yoga inspired vegetarian cuisine.

You are welcome anytime. We recommend a stay of several days, so you get to know all aspects

of yoga. The seminar leaders themselves live through the practice of yoga and look forward to accompanying and guiding you during your stay.

• 06:00 morning mediation, mantra chanting, lecture (1 h 30 min)
• 08.00 Asanas and pranayama (1 h 30min)
• 10:00 Vegetarian brunch
• 11-16:00 free time, walks, lectures, saunas & treatments
• 16:00 asanas and pranayama (1 h 30min)
• 18.00 vegetarian dinner
• 19.30 evening meditation, mantra chanting, lecture (1 h 30 min)
