"From farm to table"

The Sonnberghof has grown around its organic farm – it’s where our heart beats strongest.
Here, we feel close to nature and the gifts it offers us. Everything produced on our farm is processed right here by ourselves.

What we don’t produce – such as fish or certain vegetables – we source whenever possible from farmers in the Hohe Tauern National Park region.
The common thread running through all our culinary creations: the organic herbs from Christine’s herb garden.
