We cook for you what nature around the Sonnberghof gives us.
Served in our rooms: the Zirbenstube, the Bauernstube, the Sonnbergstube, the Josefistube or the Zirbenwaldstube.
There is fresh raw milk every day, herb spreads, home-baked bread, croissants, a cake to match the season, ham, salami and other delicacies, jams in many colors, fruit and vegetables, muesli and porridge and many a surprise.
From 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. there is homemade cake, a soup of the day, a salad, everything from the buffet, very casual and light.
For those who are thirsty and happy, for those who are active and tired, there are soothing afternoon teas with herbs from our national park herb garden and a self-service coffee machine until 5 p.m.
Drink before you get thirsty: mountain spring water from our own spring (additionally revitalized according to J. Grander)
Appearance for our kitchen team! Four or five courses to choose from, carefully composed and transformed into creative delicacies: good things from our organic farm and regionally bought products are down-to-earth and yet light, full of aromas and variety. Salad from the buffet and heavenly desserts round off the dinner. We serve fine drinks and wines from our vinotheque with the dishes.
