Terms of Service:
All prices include duties and taxes. The rooms are ready for occupancy from 3 p.m. Room release by 11:00 a.m. at the latest. All non-smoking rooms.
In the case of a fixed booking via our reception, a deposit of € 300 per room is due by transfer to our bank account. The account numbers, IBAN and BIC code will be given with the booking confirmation. The transfer is free of charge from EU countries with the indication of IBAN and BIC. The booking is only firm when we have received the deposit. Please make sure that the transfer is made within 10 days of the booking confirmation.
If you book through our website, we do not require a deposit.
We only accept cash and debit cards on site.You are also welcome to transfer the remaining amount for the room one week before the start of your holiday. If you pay cash, there is unfortunately no ATM nearby, the nearest is 5 km away in Mittersill or in Hollersbach. Please note that you may have set an upper limit for your withdrawal. What if something comes up? We recommend the guest insurance Holiday Austria Insurance, which covers you and your family comprehensively.
Cancellation conditions:
You can cancel in writing free of charge up to 14 days before arrival! From 13 days before the day of arrival in case of late arrival or early departure 80% of the board price. Please understand that we can only accept room cancellations in writing. We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance.
