"From farm to table"

The Sonnberghof has grown around the organic farm. That's where our heart beats. There we get close to nature and its gifts to us. Everything that we produce on the farm, we also process ourselves.

What we do not produce ourselves, such as fish or vegetables, we get from farmers in the Hohe Tauern National Park region whenever possible. The common thread for all creations in our kitchen are the organic herbs from Christine's herb garden.
