Our farm is like out of a picture book: the location on a sunny hill, meadows and forest and our own spring. The original farmhouse and stable still stand today. They are the heart of the Sonnberghof.
Our agriculture has always been organic. Today we also carry the title "Bio Austria".
This is how we want to live: with the deepest respect for nature and everything it gives us.
Baking bread, making jam, making cheese - we learned a lot from our parents. And we taught ourselves some things. We love creativity and the creative process.
It is crystal clear what our food contains: carefully produced ingredients, mostly from our farm, some from the Hohe Tauern National Park region, care and love for craftsmanship.
The Pinzgauer, an old, local breed of cattle, is particularly close to our hearts. They are optimally adapted to life in the Hohe Tauern, good-natured and beautiful, and they provide us with milk and meat.
Chef Michael and his team transform what the organic farm delivers into down-to-earth and creative dishes: meat, sausage, yoghurt, butter, jams, juices, beef ham, cheese, herb salt and more.

Apple juice from the Bramberg fruit press
In Bramberg, the fruit and horticultural association operates a modern fruit press. That's where we take our fruit to be pressed. We drive back with lots of fresh, pure organic apple juice, pure or diluted, an excellent thirst quencher.
